What does it cost to try?
Nothing. The account and the designs are free, the preview only carries a light watermark. You pay only for printing or for the digital file without the watermark.
How long does a design take?
Usually a few dozen seconds. You don't have to wait around — finished designs are waiting in your account.
Does the watermark go away?
Yes. After payment the clean version goes to print and the digital file downloads without the watermark.
Can I keep using the finished image?
A paid design may be used for personal purposes — printing, sharing, a profile picture. Commercial use is possible by prior written agreement.
Where do you deliver?
Across the entire European Union. Shipping is free on every order. You'll see the delivery estimate before you pay.
What if I don't like the result?
You can create the design again with a different style or a different photo until you are happy — you order only after that.
